Recreated the pasta dish from the ball I recently went to, but in my own way. I actually bought “meaty” lamb bones and shredded off the meat. Great way of making something amazing from cheap cuts. Using this with another one of @barillaaus egg pasta Slow-cooked Lamb with Pappardelle and Minted Peas

Made shiso juice (Japanese Basil) with 2 tone shiso. It turned out to be beautiful fuchsia color 💕 Recipe below. 2色のシソでシソジュースを作ってみました。赤シソで作った様な鮮やかな色になりました💕 Shiso Juice Recipe Red Shiso Leaves - 150g Citric Acid or Lemon juice - 15g Sugar 450g Water 1000cc 1) Add clean shiso leaves in 1000cc boiling water. Once the water started boil again, turn the heat off and leave it as is for 20 min. 2) Squeeze out the shiso leaves from 1) 3) Boil the shies liquid again and add sugar 4) Once it's not too hot, add citric acid or lemon juice.
