Showing up for ourselves is necessary for healing ✨⠀
Whether it’s by practicing self-care, holding space for our emotions, having a difficult conversation, setting a boundary, or anything else, when we show up for ourselves we’re our own best friend.⠀
How did you show up for yourself today? 💓
Just a note for whoever needs to read this— You can’t control how other people receive your energy. Anything you do or say gets filtered through the lens of whatever personal problems they are going through. It has nothing to do with you. Just keep doing your thing with as much integrity and love as possible.💕 XO

What makes you feel beautiful?
My husband, who tells me when I’m beautiful when I am feeling anything but, makes me feel beautiful.
No makeup, dirty hair in a pony tail, sleepy pants on and he tells me I’m beautiful.
And I believe him.

We Monday-ed. We lived.
It's all about the attitude we put toward the event, right? If we wake up and automatically hit "I don't wanna" mode, the day will "not wanna" right back.
So, as soon as that "Ugh, Monday" or "I'm already tired" thought pops into your mind, hit the shift! If it's an inspirational quote online, a mantra, a friendly little get-into-gear slap in your own face, manually switch gears to the positive. Anything positive. Your family time, your dog's eyes, the color of the sky in sunrise, the amount of delicious peanut butter on your spoon. 😄 The more you do this, the more natural it becomes. The more hopeful and fulfilled you become. Yogi's honor. ✌️
