We all are familiar with attachment right!!! Almost every day today life we are attached to one or the other things, personalities or it can be anything in which we are controlled by our attached thing.
when our mind in terms of Samkhya philosophy (one of the 6 schools of Indian philosophy) calls it ‘Chitta’ doesn’t go along side ‘guna’ then it becomes highest form of detachment.
What is Guna ??? Guna is a quality in this cosmos everything is made up up gunas even our mind and thinking and all gross things are made up of guna those are:

Sometimes you don’t know of what are you capable of until you try it. To be honest I never imagen myself in full middle split like this 😄 but suddenly @sfreneenyc had this crazy idea and I was like .... oookk 🤔😅 I’ll give it a try 🙈Honestly I don’t remember exactly
how I did to climb into this, I asked Renee to help me, like carry me or something 😜😜😜 like in my mind it was an impossible move. She said, you should try first and then we’ll see. So I did, I can only remember been super aware of my breathing, moving super slowly, really focus and very careful on my muscles engaging here and there, and trying to burn all mental fear, changing my inner vibration and my thoughts into “yes I can do this” 💪🏽 and suddenly I was up into full #upavisthakonasana 🤩😍🙌🏽 Such a gorgeous moment! ❤️ Thank you Renee!!! Now I want to do this everywhere 😃✌🏽😆🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽❤️
Releasing fear and doing something new and challenging feels really really good ☺️🧘🏽♀️✨it is the only way to go beyond your limits 🙏🏽

If you don’t love yourself, how can you love others?!? NOPE!! That’s clicked bullshit!! You can hate yourself to bits and still love like a maniac! Actually sometime, the more you love, the more you hate yourself! This is the reason why you keep kicking yourself be a better person! .
