🤗A řekněte sami🤔, někdy není zapotřebí ani mikroskop🔬, abychom viděli, co má druhý v hlavě, v srdci....❣🤗🤭🤫😘
I don’t dream about longer legs, voluptuous pout... But, would I still be myself? Definitely NOT. w be someone else and my husband wouldn’t recognise the woman (as he loves to say) he was dreaming about.
I’m , there’s one billion of women who are prettier and there’s one billion who are less pretty". . For me the beauty goes from inside... and only we’ re responsible for who we are. We create ourself every single day by our decisions.
Dr. Masaru Emoto proved that our thoughts and words have significant effects on water 💧 💦. Positive things bring about a positive reality and create splendid shapes, while negative thoughts create the opposite effect. 60-70% of the human body is water. And sometimes (I mean very often😊) you hardly need a microscope 🔬 to see what a person has in his mind and in his heart❣🤗🤭🤫😘
Since leaving London, I’ve avoided staying in concrete jungles. They make my head feel like TV static. It’s great to be able to go into cities when need be, but also be able to escape the noise when it’s home-time 🌴🌳🌱.
It’s easy to underestimate the power of nature and how much good it does you…EGO vs ECO comes to mind. Whilst EGO means to rule over others and the world, ECO stands for being equal, not just with each other, but with our planet and everything within it 🦜.
I always want to improve myself and find it challenging sometimes to let go of this egocentric mentality that is the norm for most of us, but over the last couple of months, I realised it’s not about completely letting go of the ego, but just having a balance (as with everything). Do care about moving forward, your success and achievements…but also be mindful of our planet and attitudes, and how we can do our part to make it a better place 🌍.
I find it way easier to do this when surrounded by nature and in an environment where it’s normal to smile and say ‘good morning’ to total strangers without them thinking ‘she cray’ 😂…but this is probably the only thing that has helped with finding that equilibrium so far 🤔·
Let me know if you’ve ever thought about this and if you’ve formed certain habits for that help you with it. Would love to hear!

Definitely missed waking up to this natural beauty, the sound of waves 🌊, and having a giant sleepover like we were all teenagers again, BUT this iced cacao butter matcha is helping.
I remembered someone told me to add cacao butter into my matcha 🍵 recipe instead of cashew butter so I tossed it in the Vitamix this morning...
only to remember that they actually said coconut butter, not cacao butter 🤦🏼♀️. Turns out, it’s delish!
So here’s my poor memory new creation:
My regular matcha recipe (1 tsp matcha, 6-8oz hot water, 1-2 tsp raw honey 🍯, 1/4 tsp cinnamon) aaaaand 1 heaping tablespoon of cacao butter. Blend well and serve either hot or over ice!

THE PROS AND CONS OF FITNESS TRACKERS! 👇 FIND OUT MORE👇
Follow @P.T.Pete for daily fitness/nutrition tips & education📚
I always get asked about my opinion on fitness trackers (FT), I have been asked far more frequently this past week so here is a POST dedicated to it
Steps: FT have shown to be quite accurate in tacking overall steps, & distance covered (Evenson et al 2015).
This can be highly advantageous in order to track non exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT) as by only standardising your physical activity & not STANDARDISING for NEAT you are almost “pissing into the wind” seeing as the latter contributes up to 50% of your TDEE vs the former contributing only 15-30% (Aragon et al 2017)
Energy expenditure: In terms of heart rate, again, FT are quite accurate however where they are far LESS accurate (dependant on the model), is in their calculation for calories burned with studies showing an error of 27% for the Fitbit Surge and a whopping 93% for the PulseOn (Shcherbina et al 2017). This is likely down to their inability to take into account individual variations in metabolism, fitness level, type of exercise performed etc
Motivation: As FT give you direct, objective data of your daily activities, they can be of great use for these who lack motivation with studies even showing people who wear them to have a greater self-efficacy towards exercise (Ridgers et al 2016, Gualtieri 2016)
MAJOR CONS: Apart from being expensive, FT have also shown to be a unique predictor of eating disorders (Simpson, 2017) in that people who wear them are more inclined to adopt the mind-set of “train to eat” vs “eat to train”, focusing solely on kcal burn & feeling guilt/anxiety when they do not burn as many kcals or take as many steps as usual.
Unfortunately I can vouch for this as in the past (years ago), I did get slightly obsessed about the heart rate & kcal burn (OGs will know) thus resulting in a horrible relationship with diet & exercise. .
