Your calories and your macros are going to vary depending on your goals. Here's a little cheat sheet to figure them out quickly. But there's still some things you need to know before you jump into determining your macros.

Make sure you know these numbers:
PROTEIN: 4 CAL/G
CARBS: 4 CAL/G
FAT: 9 CAL/G

Knowing these, we can now properly determine our calories and macros. Here's an example of how they can be incorporated:
-
Let's say you're 150 lbs, and your goal is to build muscle. You simply take 150 and multiply it by 16-18. This will give you a range of 2,400 - 2,700. To gain muscle, eat within that range for calories. Let's say you choose to eat 2,700.

For protein, take your weight and multiply it by 0.8-1. 150 x 0.8-1 = 120-150. Eat between 120-150g protein. Let's say you choose 150g protein.

For fat, take anywhere from 15-40% of your total calories, depending on personal preference. 2,700 x 25% = 675 cals from fat divided by 9 cal per g = 75g fat.

Now carbs are gonna be your reamining calories. So let's determine that number. 150g Protein x 4 calories/g = 600 calories. 75g Fat x 9 cal/g = 675 calories. 2,700 - 600 - 675 = 1,425 calroeis left for carbs. TO find that number in grams, simply divide it by 4. 1425/4 = Roughly 355. So you'll eat 355g carbs. -
FINAL MACROS: 2,700 CAL/150P/75F/355C

🥊What the hell is 12 rounds fitness???🥊

12 rounds is a fun, functional exercise experience that currently runs in 2 ways. I currently run a "12 rounds weightless academy" that involves a 6 week intense course for small groups of brawlers (6-10 people) in which we explore your fitness and train 2x per week together to get you those ever elusive results.

Alternatively I currently run a couple 1 hrs classes for up to 20 people to join in and experience a fun, challenging workout combining circuit training with classic boxing workouts.

Classes currently run:
Saturday - puregym dunfermline - 11am to 12pm (membership required)
Wednesday - carousel fitness inverkeithing - 9.30am to 10.30am

✨4 YEARS✨
I made the biggest move of my life, thus far, 4 years ago.
.
I moved away from the comfort of a small town. A town of less than 600 people, where I knew everyone & vise versa. Moving to NYC was a dream of mine since I was 14, and 6 years later, it became my reality. .
I was so excited, but freaking terrified at the same time. I literally knew NO ONE when I moved here, & the hardest part of it all was moving away from @eaeppli & banking on the hope that we could make the long-distance thing work until we figured out what was next for us. But hey, fast forward to today, & we live here together, & we’re married!👫💃🏻
.
This city has given me so much...the amount of opportunity here truly is endless. I moved here mostly for school & modeling, which like anything else, had their good & bad days. I earned my bachelor’s degree, booked lots of modeling gigs, walked in 4 seasons of NYFW, experienced how amazing & glamorous the modeling industry can be, & went through some of the darkest days of my life within the industry, too.
.
This city truly can make or break you, if you let it. It forced me to grow up REAL quick, & gave me the backbone I needed.
.
It’s here that I began my career in fitness & nutrition, where I landed my first fitness job, & earned my nutrition certification.🤸🏻‍♀️
.
If I hadn’t moved out here 4 years ago, & let the intimidation of a new place and people hold me back, there’s no chance I’d be the person I am today. This place molded me & has blessed me with the opportunity to pursue my passion & live out what seemed like a dream growing up. .
I love my work (some may say even a little too much, hah) and I am SO incredibly grateful to this city for making me earn that gift, making me learn how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, & work my ass off every day.✨
