1️⃣ Plate deadlift, squat, overhead complex x10

The back and forth on @claressashields is ridiculous.  It doesn't matter what this young woman goes out to accomplish, ppl always have negative things to say. I won't bite my tongue, .... I've seen ppl accomplish less than her, and get so much press. The original origin of the story was a potential showdown between @katie_t86 vs @chrismedusa_linardatou_duran - Taylor had some issues with her latest foe @team_persoon ... so right now, Katie is looking to secure a rematch or a showdown with another menace like @chrismedusa_linardatou_duran .... ppl should really focus on the fight game, and how these players are playing the game.... P4P, Shields is #1. @ceciliabraekhus hasn't fought a worth while contender in a while, and Taylor has unfinished business with Persoon... so right now things are all over the place... stay tuned and continue to fight the good fight!!!!

i was on a super time crunch with a busy day ahead but made sure i got a good cardio workout in!

here’s what i did:

for the first .50 of a mile i fast walked at an incline of 0 & speed of 3.7
.
the last .50 of the first mile i fast walked at an incline of 1 & speed of 3.7
.
for the entire 2nd mile i fast walked at an incline of 2 & speed of 3.7
.
.
you can definitely work up a sweat from even a quick @kayla_itsines LISS session! 😅

Hello delicious healthy meal 🥗 So today I’ve spent time with my mum, making her a lovely salad. At one point in my life, it was the hardest time I’ve ever had to deal with. I struggled dealing with a traumatic ordeal, my mum had been through. To this day, it’s still hard to think about. We nearly lost my mum and I’m forever grateful, that my instincts told me something wasn’t right. Here’s to a healthy- Mind | Body | Soul. Working on my mindset, personal development and overall health is my goal. Such a beautiful day out today, with my mum. We ventured around Skipton, admiring this gorgeous cottage house. I walked over 10,479 Steps today, which is a massive achievement for myself. I’m really taking care, of my health and well-being. For me it’s not all about the outside appearance, it’s about creating a healthy mindset. Manifesting my dreams, in to reality. How I do this- I think about all of the positive changes, I could make in my life (just by being accountable for my health) I’ve got possible MS, I suffer with pain and sometimes struggle walking. Does this stop me now? No. Because I’m on an amazing journey, that I’ll be sharing with you all.
