This past weekend and holiday I ‘𝙥𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙩 ‘ and it feels so good 🌟 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We all go through things in life, some encounter worst situations than others. This year is definitely not going how I envisioned it, but I am determined to start the new decade on a very positive note and full of hope and faith. We are not responsible for the situations we may come across in life, but we are responsible for healing. This past weekend I took the time to start my healing process by:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💫 thoroughly cleaning my house & getting organized ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💫 I took a nap or 2 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💫 I went to church on Sunday ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💫 I went grocery shopping and cooked some meals ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💫 I ran 4 miles and did weight lifting ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💫 I got my nails done ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

See you in spring beautiful Lusspark! 👋🔜
Snow is falling, winter is arriving ❄️☃️ and as winters in the alps are rich in snow we’ll be working out indoors meanwhile. 🏋🏻♂️🤸♀️ ❗️WINTER LOCATION ❗️👉🏻 Gym hall in the “Schul- und Kulturzentrum” in Lermoos. 🆕🆒 Hope to see you there! 🙌🏻💪🏼
🔥I had already lost 40 lbs for my aunts wedding in this photo and was pretty pumped to find a dress in a size 24!
Little did I know I’d go on to lose another 120 lbs!
I went from 322 lbs at my highest to 160 (maintaining right now in low 170s)
Went from wearing a size 28 at my largest to a size 8 now.
It’s cliche to say “keep going” & “don’t stop”
Because you’ll stop. What matters is what you learn when you stopped and got back up.
Learning from your failures and realizing you are worth more then that “stop”
You are worth the “get back up and try again” .

My fitness journey began last week. On the 7th November I signed up for Fitness First in Castle Hill. I then jumped in the deep end, and did a Body Pump class with Amy. Despite feeling way out of my comfort zone, Amy was supportive and encouraging and quickly put me at ease.
The next day, I went back to do 30 mins of cardio. I got a minute and a half in and felt like I was dying, thinking "how the hell am I gonna do 30 mins of this!?" I kept going, pumped up the tunes and fell into a groove.
Saturday was a well deserved rest day. Sunday I was back at it for a Body Balance class, some much needed stretching!! By Sunday afternoon my legs were too tense to walk properly. Luckily, I had someone show me how to release the TN muscles (ouch!!!) Monday was my first pt session with Vanessa, and she is AWESOME! A powerlifter herself, I'm so excited to have her coaching and guiding me on this journey.
There is such an awesome vibe at Fitness First Castle Hill, so many friendly faces. #letsdothis
