Today I went for a walk but decided to run a bit too. I haven’t run for ages. Months. I was running quite a lot, did Endure then just stopped. When I stop I find it very hard to start again but today I decided I would run for a minute and walk for 15 seconds. I only did 3k because I had to get back for boxfit but it’s a start.
I liked the timer because it gave me the security of knowing I could stop for a bit and it helped take my mind off other things.
It’s a start anyway!
