What I’ve grown to find out is to not set expectations for others to be who they’re not.From understanding the nature of how some people are and that somethings you can’t change and must accept. Have self respect for yourself and know when to walk away.

COACH CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS| ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING CLIENT! I couldn’t be more proud of this beauty if I tried. We’ve worked together for month and months and every check in she absolutely slays! The keys behind successful client and coach relationship are trust and communication. She trusts me with her nutrition and I trust her to execute. Communication is also key as it allows me to know what’s going on at all times; did she eat her meals and hit macro targets? Did she adhere to her own movement schedules? How’s her mindset? Has she been dealing with external or internal factors that may affect her progress? If she doesn’t trust me or doesn’t feel like she couldn’t be honest if she ever came off track, her results wouldn’t be as successful. We can only work on and fix what is discussed. Say she completely feel off the rails for a week or two and didn’t communicate that to me, how could I update her accurately?! This is why clear communication is absolutely imperative. There’s longevity in her progress because it’s more of a lifestyle for her now; does she party? Absolutely! Does she have meals out? Absolutely! Does she fall off track some times? Absolutely! Does she have bad days or miss training ? ABSOLUTELY! But by communicating these things with me I am able to implement protocols and practices to help her negate these detours and get her back on track. A sustainable coach/ client relationship is exactly that; a relationship. It’s not one email every week or two. It needs the exact foundations that all thriving relationships do; trust and open, clear communication as well as effort!
