Felt great being big! However, my body didn’t cooperate doing things that I enjoy doing...mountain biking, running, playing golf, tennis, and basketball, so I decided that I was going to try to live the “fittest” life that I could. I may not fill out shirts the way I used to or be as strong in the weight room as I was but my body feels amazing, I don’t snore any longer, my blood pressure is perfect, I’m not sweating through my shirts and I don’t get winded doing the things that I love! So my #gains are no longer measured by size but rather how I truly feel 💪🏼 •

Whether your Pec Deck doesn't double as a Reverse Fly Machine, or you don't prefer bent over DB Reverse Flyes or DB Reverse Flyes on an incline bench, you can use a Cable alternative.

(You can also perform Face Pulls if your machine only has 1 cable/pulley.)

You can use handles or just hold the plastic ball stops.

This isn't a movement used to see how much weight you can move.  Try to keep the emphasis on your rear delts, while using a weight/load that's challenging for the rep range you're targeting.

Okay so I can’t lie I’m having a really bad mental health day today. Can’t stop crying and overthinking and feeling all anxious and on edge😩 my boyfriends busy and I’m just going around in circles in my head with nowhere to let it out so I’m literally gonna go to sleep and hopefully I wake up in a better mood🤞🏽

One positive from today though is I had a reaaaally good gym session! Legs, core AND half an hour cardio. I’ve had really good training sessions every day this week and I think I’m getting a bit of a routine with the gym which does genuinely make me so happy because i do love training😌

I’ve spent this afternoon meal prepping so hopefully tomorrow can just be all round a bit better and more positive and my post tomorrow night will be happy again😂 wish me luck...

What I’ve grown to find out is to not set expectations for others to be who they’re not.From understanding the nature of how some people are and that somethings you can’t change and must accept. Have self respect for yourself and know when to walk away.

COACH CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS| ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING CLIENT! I couldn’t be more proud of this beauty if I tried. We’ve worked together for month and months and every check in she absolutely slays! The keys behind successful client and coach relationship are trust and communication. She trusts me with her nutrition and I trust her to execute. Communication is also key as it allows me to know what’s going on at all times; did she eat her meals and hit macro targets? Did she adhere to her own movement schedules? How’s her mindset? Has she been dealing with external or internal factors that may affect her progress? If she doesn’t trust me or doesn’t feel like she couldn’t be honest if she ever came off track, her results wouldn’t be as successful. We can only work on and fix what is discussed. Say she completely feel off the rails for a week or two and didn’t communicate that to me, how could I update her accurately?! This is why clear communication is absolutely imperative. There’s longevity in her progress because it’s more of a lifestyle for her now; does she party? Absolutely! Does she have meals out? Absolutely! Does she fall off track some times? Absolutely! Does she have bad days or miss training ? ABSOLUTELY! But by communicating these things with me I am able to implement protocols and practices to help her negate these detours and get her back on track. A sustainable coach/ client relationship is exactly that; a relationship. It’s not one email every week or two. It needs the exact foundations that all thriving relationships do; trust and open, clear communication as well as effort!

Ich hab echt lange überlegt ob ich diese Bilder zeigen soll ! Aber was soll’s, es war ein Abschnitt meines Lebens und mein Körper hat wahrlich Mega viel geleistet ! Hat Kindern das Leben geschenkt und sich innerhalb von 8 Monaten transformiert! Viele Fragen mich wie ich das geschafft habe ... ich weis wie aber in erster Linie weis ich auch , dass es ohne den Kopf NIEMALS funktioniert! Der Kopf ist der  Motor für den Körper ! Ich hatte zu dem Zeitpunkt schon 23 Kilo abgenommen und fand mich gut . Jetzt sehe ich dass es garnicht gut war ! Ich habe mich mit anderen Augen gesehen ! Sicher, wer sich so mag soll so leben , jeder hat ein anderes Bild von Schönheit und das ist okay ! ABER wer etwas ändern will schafft es definitiv!!!! Das rechte Bild ist vom Januar 2019 ( hatte im August 2018 eine Muskelreparatur am Bauch da diese durch die Schwangerschaften gerissen waren , man sieht der Bauch ist da nicht perfekt ) und das Recht Bild ist von vor einer Woche , mittlerweile habe ich nochmal 10 Kilo abgenommen trotz Muskelaufbau .
