One month back in the gym! Shoutout to all the moms coming back after having a baby. It’s not easy, but all the baby steps, small improvements and even the interrupted workouts count. 🙌🏼 I’m not tracking my weight, I’m not on a diet, and my gym schedule varies. My only rule is to never go more than 2 days without the gym, but I’m mostly in there every other day. And since my boobies are in high demand, I usually get 1 hour to get everything in. Far from where I wanna be but getting better everyday. 💪🏼
