I remember my second or third time in Peru...Been like 5 or 6 times and always love it.
The jungle seemed like my natural escape from the internet and advanced technology. The views of the Jungle, the air, the people, Natives, food, culture.
I would recommend it if you’re scared of bugs, insects, and snakes, tigers...But if you’re up for an adventure and want some absolutely fresh coffee, Yucca, potato’s, pineapple, mango, avocado, sugar cane...Damn they’re self sufficient and always giving.
The only problem was I stuck out like a sore thumb and supposedly fit the description of the urban legend...Pishtaco
You see my friends... #Pishtaco are the white people that would go to the jungle and harvest organs of natives and locals and sell them on the black market.
Needless to say, some people were scared while to others i was the “Gringo” that could be seen across the jungle... ohh since i was the “Giraffe” being y’all and all.
