Another one of my favourite places to get lost in LA😍 check out these huge metal beastie 🐉.... last time I was here I had my first official tarot reading, where I was told the man I was seeing at the time would not be able to give me what I wanted. lol and behold a year later, letting him go and allowing whoever is meant to come in come... and the irony of me acting like a damsel in distress by a big old dragon and wondering if I’ll ever meet my king is not lost on me 💓
This marks the end of my time in my beautiful spiritual home #venicebeach the smile hides the sadness of leaving and saying goodbye to some truly amazing souls! The connections I made this trip have blown me away and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to share this brief time with good people 💕🙌🏽
One week ago tonight honoring Mother Earth, the setting sun, the rising moon, and the ability to move my body. And a little goofing off (tryin' to fly) because taking yourself too seriously is no fun. Had to take advantage of flexible clothing, wide open spaces, a golden sunset, and gigantic desert rocks.
I'm pretty certain my palm should be facing down, but let's put our energies toward the light, okay?
A transformation happens when your desire to change is greater than your desire to stay the same.
I would like to share my story of my journey to a healthy lifestyle.
My weight was increasing at a much faster pace than my age after marriage. Being a housewife and mother of 2 (13 and 10 years currently), it was getting very difficult for me to manage my health. My husband had also put on lot of weight. Being from traditional Marwari family , diet change was Challenge for us but balance quantified nutrition helped us to achieve this. There is so much I am learning everyday, but the best lesson I have learnt is Consistency. I was consistent throughout the journey from TC4 to TC8. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, what matters you don’t quit.
Now it’s not about fat or thin anymore. Now I want to get stronger each day!! It was not just physical transformation but also a lifestyle change , eating habits and eagerness to look after my health and improvise it on every day.
This transformation has not only been appreciated by my family but many people got motivated, especially girls.
Thanks to Jitendra Chouksey sir for motivating us and teach me many lessons in life and building a platform which is educating lots of people . Also Thanks to INFS, SQUATS (FITTR) and my supporter/ my best freind/my husband Aditya Sharma who always stand with me in any situation 😊

💪🏾💪🏽When we travel we eat good, sip a little and have a great time. However one thing we never neglect is a quick workout. Most people think of working out on vacation as a daunting task, but if it’s truly a LIFESTYLE we have to stick to it. Here’s a snippet of what my hubby and I did this morning before we began our day.
An art deco masterpiece, 6424 Santa Monica Boulevard, is for sale. Let's do something with it! It's the only building on my visit to LA that made me ask the driver @phillippastore to STOP and require a pull-over. Then I jogged down the street to get up close and personal on all its detail and glory. 🙌 A thing I do is think about what I could do with vacant property (they usually all involve culture, food, and health, and a way to foster community). This one calls for: a healing studio on the 3rd floor with the skylights so you can get as close to your personal higher power as possible; workshop and creative space/offices on the 2nd; and a shop, cafe, reading nook, and ice cream on the 1st that would also be the only outpost selling our art deco pizzelle. It would be dog-friendly (if possible) and marked as a safe space for all.

Fatloss can't be reduced to old tricks such as fasting, running under the sun, recurring to dehydration, exhausting yourself with cardio or any other tactic which is nowadays considered a myth, and a very dangerous one health-wise. Muscle gain can't be associated with steroids, surgeries and a myriad of shortcuts. Successful transformations happen by the hand of expertise, strategies and communication with your own body, trying healthy habits and seeing which one works better without harming the overall health conditions. As I say to most of my clients and in my previous posts, every fitness research I come accross with, should be first tried on myself.
