Day 5 Post Op - I weighed myself when I first got home from hospital and I was 2 kgs heavier than the morning I was admitted ☹️ it really messed with my head! Wasn’t going to look at the scales again until Wednesday but I was curious this morning so I jumped on and discovered I’ve lost 3kgs since the morning of my surgery 👏👏👏 However I have decided to not pay to much attention to the scales as I’m going to have ⬆️⬇️ fluctuations and stalls along the way no doubt. #wlsaustralia#transformation#gastricbypasssurgery

I have been on a “social media fast”.
Everyone should take stock and identify areas of their life they can tweak and improve. The dopamine hit that you get from being constantly glued to your phone worries me. The smartphone is both a blessing an a curse - It’s one of the best inventions of modern times, and the worst. Take time away from your vices and dependancies. Recharge and evaluate.
That being said, I’m back and here is a nice Kettlebell Circuit for you guys to get stuck into.
Try the following exercises for 60 seconds work, with minimal rest between exercises.
🔥Do 3 to 5 rounds, resting 1-2 minutes between rounds🔥
