It will save you a lot of time and days being sick if you are proactive and work to prevent disease and health problems instead of only treating symptoms when they arrive.
A good way to do that is optimizing diet and exercise, and fasting will give you many benefits as well. 👍🏻🏋🏼♂️🥑
Optimizing sleep and managing stress is also crucial, so make sure you get all the hours you need at night 😴 and make sure you are not stressed! Meditation and practicing mindfulness can help with this as well as just not being to busy all the time and allowing yourself to relax. 😌

Después de entrenar (correr)
Pasaron muchas cosas en mi mente:
1.Me siento pesada (por lo que comí antes)
2. No creo que aguante todo el entreno que me toca.
3. Me siento muy lenta hoy
4. Me están dando ganas de vomitar
5. Ya quiero terminar, no voy a seguir más.
Después de todos esos pensamientos negativos, yo misma me hice coaching y me dije.
1. Usted puede
2. Usted es fuerte
3. Si lo va a terminar
4. Hago lo mejor que pueda hoy
Y saben que, lo termine como una guerrera. Súper bien. No le hice caso a mis pensamientos negativos y en vez de eso los fortalecí con pensamientos positivos. Eso se llama entrenar a la mente. El cuerpo puede más que la mente. Pruébalo.
Y ahora sigo con energía así que voy al gym 💪🏼. .

It seems simple but it’s not. We have the power to choose how we feel. Some will say not always. Well, yes we do. Have you ever been inspired by someone who despite many disabilities, or challenges some how seem to be the happiest people? They choose to do so and not have self pity or say this isn’t fare! Ram Dass says ” I love my wheelchair.” We have to love it all. The good days and the bad ones. Ovim grozdom sam prekinula 40osatni post na vodi, i moram Vam priznati da je ukus eksplozivan nakon toliko sati bez hrane 🤤🍇 Kao neko ko vec duži vremenski period primenjuje svakodnevni post od minimum 16h, (maksimum je bio 21h), ovo je prvi put da sam probala da prevazidjem sebe i da izdržim makar 24h. Medjutim, nije bilo potrebe da "izdržavam" jer mi je toliko prijalo da sam bez problema postigla svoj tajni cilj od 40h✔, zahvaljujući nameri koju sam dala i programiranju svog uma.💯
Kada postite na vodi, Vaš organizam ulazi u proces autofagije, "preživljavanja", gde se samoisceljuje, a to se ogleda u smanjivanju viscelarnih masti i telesne težine, cišćenju jetre, detoksikaciji organizma, regulisanju kardiovaskularnog sistema...
