I dont know what happened with today's run. My time was MUCH slower than normal for each mile and my left hip felt like it could've fallen off about every .5 miles. NEVERTHELESS, I accomplished 3 miles 👣
Today I also worked on some posture exercises. Good posture is good for many reasons, but to be a good runner, an open chest is crucial.
1)bent over dumbells rows. These work the upperback and traps.
2)scapula squeezes. This works shoulder and traps.
3)bent over lateral raises. Standing straight up, they work your shoulders and triceps mainly, bent over they work your traps and back shoulder. •
Just wanted to give a shout out to my girl @lmb_2313 !! Despite some health conditions, she is still going hard!!! Learning new techniques and doesn’t complain AS MUCH..when I almost kill her in sessions 😂😂. Ps.ignore my annoying gum smack.
