Why do I do what I do? It’s a really good question. I started this journey in 2001, to fulfil my ambition of having a career where I made a difference to other people. For a long time, that was it. But as I have had more life experiences, watched people I love have problems with their health and listened to women in different life phases talk about the issues that trouble them, I have honed my craft, studied like crazy (and still am), developed friendships with other amazing women who are as passionate as I am about women’s health, and I have learned from them too. I am determined to help as many women as possible to live their very best life, a life where they are able to be authentic, brave and strong. I want them to feel free to choose their own path, to ride the ups and downs of life feeling calm, confident and in control. I want to give them the information that they need to take control of their health, to eat, sleep and live well. I want girls to love themselves, to understand how, no matter how complicated the female body is, that with the right information, periods don’t need to be painful, childbirth can be pleasurable and empowering, menopause can be managed through lifestyle and that seeking help from the right professional can be life changing.
If you want to make me part of your journey, get in touch. If you want to try what I do, my classes are a great place to start. In themselves they have been life changing for many. My classes are done for this half term. But if you would like to join, I have just one place available for the last half of the summer term in my Monday morning relaxation class. This class is in Stourbridge and begins at 9.30. I have more spaces in my Wednesday evening class, at 7pm, also in Stourbridge. It would be great to see you there. #mindfulchangestherapy#authenticity#lovemyjob#calmconfidentincontrol#thisisme#womenshealth#mindfulness#menopause#birth#teens#selfacceptance#brave#strong#womanonfire#cbt#relaxation#breathe#yourlifeyourway
Let the haters hate. Some people will bring you down when they see you changing, evolving, and becoming better. It is because somehow they have to make themselves feel better because they lack the willpower to do what you are doing. Ignore them and keep grinding 💪🏼

The Month of ramadan has passed more than half of its time and I have been training regulary this special month.
Many people take a month of and thinks that the #fasting makes its it impossible to train during ramadan but rather the contrary, training fasted can help you burn more fat!
Its all in your mindset, I have always tried to train during this month and specially this year I have been fasting all the days plus trained 1-2 x a day, ofc the energy level is not the same but thats where the mind and willpower comes in!
If i were to give any tips for training during ramadan it would be:
1️⃣be sure to drink plenty of water during the little Window you have, I make sure that i atleast have gotten 2-3 litres of water in me!💧
2️⃣Get your proteins in, with that i mean the amount of protein your own body needs (1.5/2 g of protein per kg)🥜🥚🍗
3️⃣Try to get good fats in your diet during this month such as Omega 3 and Omega 6, try having Fish🐟and lots of nuts🌰🥜 4️⃣I recommend training an hour before Iftar so the muscle gets the nutrition it need right after a workout
5️⃣ Focus on compound Movements to work multiple muscle at the same time and save time, try to keep your workouts round 45-60 minds and high intensity if possible!
6️⃣For suhoor i try too have a protein shake or boiled eggs just to get some slow digesting protein in me through the day which keeps my muscles full and stored!
If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask me!😁🙌🏾
Hope you keep your gains or get new ones this Ramadan! #BlessUp ”A man who says he cant and a man who says he can are both usually right” 🙌🏾⭐️
