Well times will be very hard for a while for TheWanderer. The RV Transmission went out on me yesterday.
Being towed 150 miles tomorrow morning to a trusted repair shop to have likely rebuild work done. My budget is beyond shattered with costs likely to near $2000. Please send all the good vibes and support you can my way.
I have also marked down my entire storefront on Square by 25% as an emergency fundraiser!

For me, working on my mind, body and soul is a lifestyle. Every single day is an opportunity to grow, evolve, and progress. When it comes to health and fitness, it’s crucial and very important to listen to your body. If a certain “diet” or workout plan is not working for you, try something else that will. And it’s okay to do so until you feel that it works for you. And when you feel overwhelmed with the amount of times you try and it doesn’t work for you or agree with your body, remember that every “FAIL” is actually a GAIN getting you CLOSER to your goal or lifestyle that works specifically for YOU. What works for someone might not be for you and vice versa, but nothing truly works all the way unless it is done so consistently. I’ve come such a long way with myself in every way. I’m still learning and I always will, but I’m very happy with the way things have been working out lately. 😌 I feel stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. MIND, BODY, AND SOUL ✨
Fitness goals is different for everyone...
This is first time when I tried for ball push-ups..
During my first rep I was failed to balance the ball..second reps I did it better
During my third reps I was able to manage 20 ball push-ups.
Someone has rightly said.. practice makes a man perfect....
