If it is your first time on Jeju Island, I am sure you have heard from many whom have visited to must, MUST try their abalone porridge. While Abalone Porridge was rated as one of the “must-eat” food in Jeju, it fell slightly short of my expectation.

I got scooped in, but not because of their milktea 🤨
For all those who really know me, Milkteas/Brewed teas are my comfort drinks. Even when I was doing the intermittent fasting, I drink milktea once a week (0 - 50% suagr only) and cut down sugar.
So, when this franchise opened in a mall near me there was no doubt to fall in line and try their Brown Sugar Latte with Cream Cheese.
And the verdict...it was MEH (kumbaga, nothing special). Seriously. I even got hooked with their fruit teas (Raspberry and Strawberry), which are buy one get one by the way (even some of the milkteas, jut cause it's their soft opening). 🥤
I have yet to try their icecream (Milktea flavored with Bobbas, the famous White Rabbit too) cause that's what they are known for.
It's a good go-to chill place even though they only have few seats.
Another positive, they have coffee and Frappes. A thing that sets them apart from the other milktea stores. 😉
And our obsession with #Japan goes far. This a box of vegan Japanese sweets: Matcha, black beans + black sesame seeds, peanuts.
Next Japanese Paulista event with @ayokoyama and @wilde_bier is on May 29th, link in bio
