Believe it or not I do actually have a dining room table its just 95% of the time it is covered in piles of clean washing waiting to go upstairs 🙈😂 Normally the coffee table is good enough but dinner tonight is relegated to the lap in favour of not disturbing my research papers, there is a filling system in this picture.
Tonights tea is my classic go to meal of Tesco Beef Brisket in Gravy (1.5syns for whole joint, I share it between me and the teen), medley of veg, jacket potatos, Yorkshire puddings (5syns for 2), extra gravy (1syn) and my faithful mint sauce (1 syn). Combine that with syns from breakfast and the muller light yogurt and Cadburys highlights I had earlier to curb cravings. Todays Syn total is: 13.5
Quite surprised and pleased with myself for not caving today and going off plan, studying has been stressful and being at home I've had constant free access to snacks.
