Actually got my butt to the gym on a Saturday. I’d consider that a win!
Mason and I got up early to take the pups to the groomers and only got a few hours of sleep. We wanted to be lazy and nap all day, instead of making up the day that we missed earlier in the week. It took us several hours to finally get our butts up to go, but we did it.

✨ —> 5x8 sa skull crusher
✨ —> 4x10 alternating arnold press .
✨ —> 4x12 overhead tricep extension .

Did a light shoulder day this morning. I implemented one of my favorite supersets for shoulders with Upright Row straight into Under Grip Shoulder Press! Doing these will have you’re shoulders on fire 💪🏾
