I’ll admit it I used to be a FOLLOWER. 🙋🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️ Until I started to research and figure out what benefited my body the most. I used to copy the magazine “diets” of low carb, no sugar, low fat, one meal a day and thought running was the only option to be fit. 🏃‍♀️ ⁣

Actually got my butt to the gym on a Saturday. I’d consider that a win!

Mason and I got up early to take the pups to the groomers and only got a few hours of sleep. We wanted to be lazy and nap all day, instead of making up the day that we missed earlier in the week. It took us several hours to finally get our butts up to go, but we did it.

Getting it done at work! Shoulders with the boys, ending with 105 pushups in 6 mins... Then decided my outside walk would include carrying 10lb plates for 43 of the 45mins. Not as easy as you think after an awesome shoulder workout! Had to spend 3 mins stretching and moving to get them mobile again! .
Week was full of ups and downs but sticking to the process. Adapting where its needed and not giving in to the voices of my head! Setting intentions for some meetings next week! .
