Workshop on Transactional Analysis Date - 3rd and 4th of September 2019
The workshop is intended at enhancing the quality of life of the participants by creating self-awareness among them.
Transactional Analysis is a theory of relationship, communication, personality and human behaviour developed by Dr. Eric Burne in 1950s. This awareness program helps people make positive changes in the patterns of interactions and communication to reach the potential growth and maximise personal development. This theory is designed to help people overcome their obstacles that do not allow them to achieve their life aspirations. Transactional Analysis consists of many concepts that help students, counsellors, social workers, therapists, educators, psychiatrists, organised consultants and other people to bring the required positive change and make personal growth #workshop#personalitydevelopment#transactionalanalysis#therapy#relationship#communication#krupanidhigroupofinstitutions#krupanidhicollege#bangalore
I have quite a few practices in my life to keep me focused and on track to achieving my goals and what I'm up to in the world. I've started a new practice of taking pictures of myself everyday because I actually have never really liked pictures of myself. And that doesn't really work given that what I'm up to is to have love dripping from the walls of my life and empowering others to do the same.
Today was day four of this practice and I'm actually starting to have fun with it. I bought this new shirt today and tried it on at home. I looked in the mirror and thought, "I should send a picture to my girlfriend." Then had the thought, Oh! And I could use this for my new practice!" I got out different lights set up my phone and went for it. By no means am I now taking professional photos but for the first time I'm starting to be free infront of a camera. Even if it's just my own.
What are some practices you have in place to empower you?
