Another water infusion recipe— Today, I combined some of Young Living’s supplements and essential oils to make a great drink that not only tastes great, but also supports so many body systems. I didn’t add all of the oils seen in the picture, but I wanted to feature them in this post as they are some of my favorites to add to my water.
𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲’𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝗪𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫:

Breakdown of these products:
-𝐀𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞: supplement formulated with wolfberry, lemon, and lime essential oils to help reduce muscle weakness and lactic acid buildup during and post-workout. Also a good source of minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants which help strengthen muscles
-𝐒𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐳𝐲𝐦𝐞: supplement made of MSM and Ningxia Wolfberry. Helps to support the appearance of hair, skin, and nails. The Sulfur in this supplement also helps to support a healthy immune and circulatory system.
-𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐱𝐢𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐝: juice made with so many different GREAT ingredients. Provides high levels of antioxidants that help to boost energy. Supports brain health, digestive health, healthy blood pressure, and muscle health
-𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐞: essential oil used for support of the respiratory and immune systems and for the skin
-𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧: essential oil good for detox
-𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭: essential oil that helps decrease fluid retention
-𝐎𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐚: essential oil that tastes like a mild cinnamon and helps decrease the feelings of hunger
-𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡: essential oil blend of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, and spearmint. Similar in effect to other citrus oils (I like the taste of citrus fresh a little better because it is more minty.)
-𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐭: limited edition blend of tangerine, mandarin, lime, grapefruit, cassia, and spearmint. Helps support the immune system.
