First attempt at doing pullups since gaining 6kgs and having a few months of no exercise. Safe to say that I definitely can't do 10 in a row anymore, but hopefully by the end of the year I can be where I was again. Felt more like myself today at the gym than I have in a long time and it really reminded me of why I love going, even if it is harder when I'm working so much. Now I just have to keep it up 🤗

✨Goals don’t happen overnight, but they’re worth working toward!
1️⃣This first video is my most recent max pull up test from last week (October 2019).
2️⃣The second video was my very first pull up test trying to get my first strict pull up (May 2015).
Building strength takes time. Improving any skill takes practice and consistency.
It’s the things that are most challenging that become the most rewarding when you accomplish them.
💛Keep working hard. It’s worth it!
P.S. I don’t count that last half rep, so let’s call it 13.5😂
