🚧 Had am off day today, no landscaping so I had some time to make this Beaut. If your someone who works and preps your meals for the week don’t be afraid to mix things up and creat a meal that gives you that “homemade cooked meal” feeling. Yes, when having meals prepared already our main focus is just to get in those calories and sort of negate the fact of flavor or tasting purposes. Sometimes food is not about the taste but just to get in the calories but switch it up sometimes. Don’t punish yourself by eating the same exact meal multiple times a day or week.
🍠: Sweet potatoes are PACKED with vitamin A which will help aid in muscle repair and recovery because of their ability to promote cell growth and function.
🥩: Grass fed rib eye is probably one of the most purest, safest, and effective sources of protein you can find. Me personally I only eat grass fed steaks because other brands and cuts are typically fed with a grain diet which contain pesticides from being sprayed on the crops and then eaten by the animals. In which lead to cancer. Also, lots of brands infuse them chemicals, steroids, and preservatives. 🤮
🥬🥦🥕: Mixed vegetables. I try to incorporate some type of vegetables in at least one of my meals now that I’m bulking. It’s hard to consume many vegetables during a bulking phase for the highness in volume and lowered caloric intake. Meaning they will fulfill more space in your stomach all while having lowered calories. That’s why during a bulking phase I try to stick with higher carb sources that will pack more carbs a serving than vegetables. Not saying I don’t get them in from other sources (supplements) but it’s not a huge focus.
