Focus on STRENGTH, STAMINA, ENERGY, eating wholesome foods rather than weight. I have been #scalefree for ~2 years now and it had been the best thing that I did for my mental well being. 💕 2- Pimp up your workouts. Try new workouts that excite you, sth that challenges you or learn a new skill. 💕 3- HIIT it up- I love #HIIT workouts because they are high intensity, perfect if you are in a rush and you can break a good sweat!💦 💕 4- Sneaky ingredients- If you are someone who uses a lot of pre-packaged foods or have most of your meals outside, make sure you check your ingredients and read nutrition labels for the sneaky sugars and artificial ingredients. 💕 5- Over-exercise- They say too much of anything is bad. Make sure you are not draining yourself in the gym totally and really nourish yourself after a good sweat session.
