This time last year I thought I was “half-way there” - and oh boy, if only I knew then how much further I would want to go after I got “there” (whatever that meant back then). Still think teaming up with @fitness_made_easy was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, despite some people questioning if he has my best interest in mind. But I can assure you - if anything he is going to tell me to have that slice of cake or get the burger that I’ve been craving, cause that’s live.
Not quite sure where I’m going with this but all I can say is that I‘m enjoying the journey with all its ups and downs! The past couple of weeks haven’t been easy but I’m determined to continue strong! 🙌🏻

Final pictures from my cutting phase. A lot of carbs were dreamed about (Annettes Ice Cream & pizza). A lot of protein was consumed. Most importantly a lot was learned.
I put myself through this so I can share my experiences with others. Teach others what I’ve learned and help them achieve their goals too. In order to make your mark, you have to grow more in order to give more. If you’re not trying to learn more and better yourself, then what are you really doing?
It’s not easy and not always enjoyable, but you have to trust the process and be patient. Create habits that allow you to achieve goals. Many times I was mentally and physically burnt out and all I wanted to do was pout about it. Sometimes I did, but I refocused and kept moving forward.
With that being said I am glad it’s over because I’m excited for what’s next. Now it’s growing season...no more skinny boy comments!

Jeg tror det er vigtigt at vi som mennesker altid stræber efter at være en bedre version af os selv som vi udvikler os, men det også vigtigt at have noget selv indsigt og selv kærlighed. Uden at være en overkonfident narrøv selvfølgelig 🤷♂️ JEG ER PISSESTOLT over mig selv og mine fremskridt over de sidste mange måneder, og det håber jeg også du er 💪
