Gather ye photons
While they still spark
Don't wait for Washington
To break out from the dark
Let there be no regrets
Let there be no oopsie
For the times
They're so damn loopy
Pic-1: No special effects editing or double exposure. It's a single 3.2-second handheld exposure of a pole clock in the street. The clock face was surrounded by 62 LED's. The loopy light streaks were created by moving the camera in circles, after first holding it still for a split second to register an impression of the clock face.
Pic-2: For comparison, a static view of the clock with camera on tripod, kept still relative to the clock, while camera, tripod and clock remained still relative to earth. I was also fairly still relative to all of them, except for movements of some of my internal organs.
