Here's an issue for people to think about. With companies such as Amazon who have mastered online orders and next day deliveries, to what extent is the environment considered when there are constant planes, boats and automobiles delivering to people at any given point in the day. This is yet another convenience we have adapted to in our lives without considering the environment or at least thought to implement future green technology. I have seen some eco-friendly delivery prototypes with solar panel drones, but I question whether they will ever be feasible. Let me know about any other green delivery services.
| this was taken the first day I got rain while hiking the pct. The storm had rolled in quickly at night. I mistakes the clouds to be ones similar to California calling their bluff. Found out at midnight that night that I had made the wrong call. My tent flooded and it was near 35 degrees. It was a pretty miserable night. Thankfully I only had 11 miles to the gorge where I was taking a day off and could dry everything out inside.|
The beauty of this space beckoned tears from my eyes the way gravity pulls our bones to the earth. Wild birds below me are carried by their open wings as the wind gently dances upon the surface of my skin. The only support between me and the bottom of this cliff is a wooden platform that curiously overlooks all of Lake Atitlan. No doors, no railings, no walls. I am levitating above my fears. All day, I had felt unbearably stuck inside my own body. I wanted to float off into the infinite universe and not think about anything. I couldn’t focus because my mind was so transfixed on the future- worrying that whatever path I chose to go down was not going to be as good as the one I didn’t choose.
FF to now- I am perched upon one of the most beautiful vistas I’ve ever come across; Every choice I have ever made has led me to this moment- all the pain, the fear, the JOY. Sure, I could have been somewhere else where I felt just as beautiful, but I am here now, with full trust that whatever choice I make will be the right one because it is the one that will lead me to whatever experience I am meant to have. I surrender to my heart- to the universe. 📸 @flapdau
Am I the only one who thinks Bullfrogs are...well. Cute?🐸

Ironically, finding snakes is a shockingly small part of any adventure. The majority of the time snakes are found in the evening or early morning, although this isn’t always the case; especially with diurnal species.
The photo to the right shows my makeshift sun-bed on the beach in Bali, relaxing after a long night in the bush. It was one of the most beautiful places that I’ve been to and spent a long time taking photos. Its just a shame about the rubbish, shockingly similar to all developing countries there is no really appreciation for recycling. I’m not just referring to normal people, some of which care tremendously, but the government for there is no infrastructure in place. This will change one day, hopefully it won’t be too late 🌴🌴🌴❤️ #passion#photography#wild#photo#reptile#beach#adventuretime#adventure#sun#indonesia#love#green#recycle#planetearth#travel#life#wildlife#naturephotography#nature
