I was playing around last week in the stairwell in Brussels - elasticity, articulation and sissy squats. It’s just #movement, no labels needed. It keeps my body functioning and free while on the road, and back at home.
This post was going to be about me and my pregnancy roll ups, but please watch William 😂. He does a couple roll ups with me, a headstand, and then gets me up to go look at the video 🤣🙈

Another one for the books! 💪Congrats to our newest group of instructors from last weekend’s second London 2019 Training course! So many memories, so little space to share them all. ✨ Thanks to all who flew in from Germany, France, Cyprus, Ireland, Scotland and even Canada! Plus our England folks of course. 🇬🇧

It's easy to think you are too busy to even think about yourself and that everything else must come first.
When in reality if we took time for self care more often we might find that we perform better and get more done.
Here are some easy self care ideas 👇

⭐ Cooking. ⭐ Keeping a journal.
⭐ Take a bath.
⭐ Power nap.
⭐ Reward yourself.
