Every single person digests food differently and needs different fuel to make sure they are at the peak their body requires. I have done a lot of research and studying into nutrition and I have found that warm proteins and vegetables are the best type of food and cooking I need, I cant digest salads and vegetables properly unless it has warmth with it to balance the digestion process! Just be because its a vegetable or a salad or a fruit does it mean it is right for you.
