You guys voted for this & just in time for Sunday Brunch 🍴 
It looks quite a plateful & this was me trying to narrow it down what to have😋 All you need is for my Veggie FULL English! 
2 eggs (free ranged / organic)
2 vegetarian sausages (I used @heckfooduk ‘The beet goes on’)
Smashed avocado (1/2 avocado each + salt, pepper, squeeze lemon juice & chilli flakes)
A handful of cherry tomatoes, pinch of fresh basil
2 slices of toasted @gf.ranas.bread gluten free sourdough 🍞 
Spoonful of @nushfoods chive ‘almond spread’ (acts as an amazing vegan butter/cheese alternative)
Steamed spinach
Baked beans (Tin of 3 bean salad in water), 100g of Passata, 2 Tablespoons tomato purée, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, salt & pepper, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 finely chopped onion 
Dried oregano & coriander & great if you have too). Method:
1️⃣ Cook the sausages (you can do this in the oven or pan fry in a little oil in a non stick frying pan for 10 minutes/ as stated on instructions depending which sausages you use.
2️⃣ While this is cooking make the ‘baked beans’, drain the beans from the can, then add a little oil into the saucepan with the minced garlic & onion.  Followed by the beans & remaining ingredients. Let simmer on a low/ medium heat until cooked (longer the better improves the flavour)
3️⃣ Steam the spinach & add in the cherry tomatoes & basil.
4️⃣ Toast the bread & add on the toppings (almond chive spread & the pre smashed avocado)
5️⃣ This mini egg omelette will take a few minutes, whisk the eggs in a bowl with a fork quickly for 30 seconds then pour into a small flying pan (to make it ticker) with a little coconut oil in & on a medium/ high heat.  Once you have poured in let set like you would an omelette, turn down heat to medium & let the base go golden brown.  Once the egg is nearly cooked fold in half & cover with a lid to keep heat inside & speed up the cooking or allow a little longer to cook through.
And that’s it, quite a few elements but it didn’t take long to make or cook. 💁🏼‍♀️ Happy Sunday my lovlies 💛
Picked up these delicious gluten, dairy and refined sugar free cakes at the #hamptonfestival today from @paleoteacakes. We had such a great day - there were so many delicious food options, as well as heaps for the kiddies to do. There was face painting, beeswax candle making and decorating, painting, drawing and sand sculpting, as well as a playground and sandpit with heaps of sand toys. The kiddies had an absolute ball! And so did we. If you happen to be anywhere near Hampton in Qld next time the Festival is on, you have to check it out! Just get there early as a lot of the hot food (like brisket and pulled lamb) sold out early. #sweettreats #paleotreats #nomnomnom

Honestly if you haven’t tried our Awesome Rolls, what have you been doing? 
We have two versions - Meat Free “sausage” rolls or Spinach and “Ricotta” rolls.
 Both are Gluten Free and onion Free and the Spinach and “Ricotta” are also FODMAP Friendly.

Receta de banana bread de #algarroba #glutenfree 🍞🍌

INGREDIENTES:
-30 gr. harina arroz
-50 gr. coco rallado
-40 gr. harina quinoa
-40 gr. algarroba
-2 huevos y una clara
-50 ml. Bebida de coco
-30 gr. crema tahin tostado
-Canela
-1 plátano maduro
-20 endulzante (azúcar de coco, eritritol...) (opcional)
-2 onzas de chocolate 80% y pasas

PASO A PASO:
- En un bol mezclamos los ingredientes secos a excepción de las onzas de chocolate y las pasas.
- chafamos en un bol el plátano y le agregamos los ingredientes húmedos. Lo que incorporaremos aquí en último lugar será el tahin.
- vertemos la mezcla húmeda a la seca y removemos bien hasta conseguir una masa homogénea. Añadimos el chocolate troceado y las pasas.
- Horneamos a 180º (precalentado) unos 25 minutos.
