Two of my favorite ways to take oats to the next level are to fancy them up in a yogurt parfait with granola or have them as overnight oats. Both are so simple to make and can be made days ahead! You can put them in mason jars and take them on the go! Visit my blog (link in bio) for more recipes.
. 🍓Overnight Oats: Basic Recipe🍓.
Ingredients:1/3 cup plain Greek style yogurt, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2/3 cup milk of choice (I use almond milk), 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice. .
Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and spoon into a mason jar with lid. 2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours but they are best overnight. 3. top with your favorite fruits, almond butter, or cacao nibs. . 🍍Yogurt Parfait with Granola (Oats)🍍. .
Ingredients: 1 cup plain or vanilla flavored yogurt, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (defrosted) berries, 1/2 cup good quality granola. .
Instructions: In a mason jar, layer the granola and yogurt. Top with fruit!.

Try these heart healthy overnight oats for a simple breakfast that will have your heart (and your taste buds) saying thank you!
Scoop ¾ cup dry rolled oats into a glass container. Add ½ cup milk, 1/3 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 tsp ground flax seeds, and a few drops of almond or vanilla extract. Stir, cover, and chill overnight in the fridge. In the morning, top with berries, almonds, and a touch of honey. Tastes great hot or cold.

Rolled Oats & Chia Seeds Covered in Plain Cashew Milk • Dried Mix of Mulberries, Raisins, Dates, & Goldenberries • Pumpkin Seeds • Pistachios • Peanut Butter • Cinnamon • Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt • Fresh Blackberries
Strawberry cheesecake overnight oats! One of my favorite overnight oats recipes I’ve made. 👌🏼🍓 I used my food scale to measure out the ingredients but approximately used:
-1/4 cup oats
-1/4 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
-1/3 cup + 1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-pinch of salt
-packet of stevia sweetener
Added all the ingredients to a small jar and mixed/shook up then left in fridge overnight. Took out of the fridge this morning, added a couple sliced strawberries on top, let it sit out in room temperature for a bit then enjoyed!
