Like I said on my last post, I’m trying to get back on track with my healthy lifestyle because college has me eating unhealthy meals at weird times, going to sleep super late & waking up late, not working out.. etc. I have had a healthy lifestyle almost my whole life and getting off track led me to gaining a bit of weight and losing the muscles & confidence I had👎🏽.
So.. this week I’m starting again and will get back on track by doing @nobread ‘s RESET ebook which I have used in the past when I wanted to detox all the junk food/booze/sugar I had been consuming a little too much of.
I just did her reBOOT workout as well today at home and it was killer🔥. -
