This post is dedicated to my latest experience with yoga. Thank you @robinmartinyoga for inspiring me constantly!💕🙏 The past few weeks I felt like I'm doing everything wrong. Nothing came into place, but on the other hand, I didn't care about it. I was just sad things are going this way, but not enough to change something. I felt like I'm stuck in this endless circle of self pitty, guilt, anger and at the end emptiness and sadness. After this weekend I realised that the wrong thing was doing is promising myself stuff I can't keep up with.
I'm sure you all know this one: 'From tomorrow....', and when you don't do it, the cicle begins!!😔 I realised that change won't come if I'm pressured by my own word. It will only be the same because of it. So today I stated all over again. I turned the new leaf.
I got up in a reasonable time and did all the things I would promise to myself the night before, only this time I didn't promise anything! I had a wonderful yoga practice without the pressure I had this whole time. I wanted the change so badly I didn't even thought about taking it slowly because maybe, just maybe I'm not ready to change everything from scratch. Step by step.
I must present how my journey began but I'm under the impression so I had to post the experience from today.

Day 7 of #FallALOverOctober is wheel pose. This pose can be very disorienting and stressful both mentally and physically. My tip would be to push through your hands to not let yourself sink in the upper body and squeeze that booty to lift the hips as you push through your feet.

Upon receiving the Guru's benevolent grace, one should turn away from the ways born of ignorance, and humbly open one’s heart to the Highest Master to attain the most valued of wishes - Self-realization.
At the crown of the head - the gateway to Brahman - in the center of a bright lotus, illumined by a circle of moonlight, are the lotus feet of the Guru, which destroy the raging fires of worldly existence.
Reflect on the Guru as seated in the center of a thousand petaled-lotus at the heart of a sacred triangle. The mantras of Brahma, Vishnu, and Siva ring out from its corners; that of the Transcendent Self, on either side.
The Guru's glance creates all the worlds, makes everything flourish completely, and perceives the essence of all Holy Scriptures. It perceives that wealth does not lead to liberation, and it purifies devotees of all deficiencies. The Guru’s vision beholds the Self in the midst of ever-changing Nature and illumines the path to liberation.
The Guru's glance is the pillar that supports the stage where all worlds are exhibited; it showers the nectar of compassion. It is the sum total of creation, evolution, and dissolution. The Guru's glance creates past, present, and future, and bestows the vision of sat - chit - ananda: truth, knowledge, bliss absolute. The phrase "You're only as young as your spine is flexible" should be taken to heart by everyone hoping to extract more value from life.
If you're over the age of 25 you've likely noticed your mobility decrease year on year, unless you've been actively stretching. The hamstrings get tight, hip flexors get tight, and back gets stiff - the consequence of sitting for extended periods of time.
People wrongly assume that some people are flexible, and others not, and that's just the way it is. When you came out of your mom you were as malleable as the rest, and you let it fade away. But all is not lost, you can get it back, if not in entirety at least to a meaningful degree. And it doesn't have to be excruciating to get started.
