I heard so many times: “Pasta will make you fat!” 🍝 😂 Do you really believe that?
If you follow a healthy lifestyle and you eat whole food, there is no food and there are no moments that makes you fat. 100 Kcal at 5 pm, are still 100 kcal at 8 pm. This means that if you want to lose weight, gain muscles or keep your weight, it is all about calories deficits/surplus/balance.
Try this: Go to train in the morning and have a breakfast with some eggs, avocado and just a small slice of bread; have a light lunch, a healthy salad will do, have a healthy fats snack (some nuts) and when you get home, have a decent portion of pasta with fresh tomato and Parmesan for dinner.(Avoid unhealthy sauces)
The day after, when you will wake up, you will see the difference ☀️ 😃 ...let me know 👍
