Salut les amis, comme prévu je poste cette petite photo en te racontant mon aventure au Lac du poisson blanc à plus de 3h00 de route de Montréal.

Une journée pleine d'émotion et de muscle pour arrivé jusqu'à notre campement, on sait même trompé de chemin en fessant 3h de trajet en plus.

Entre coup de soleil et attaque de moustique cette journée fût mémorable avec une bande d'amis bien sympathique. 
Profitez de la vie avant que la vie profite de vous.

The principle of Yin&Yang is that all things exist as inseparable and contradictory opposites.

Yin symbolizes our feminine side: Black, dark, cold, moon,  passive, old, soft, earth, water(transformation) and provides spirit to all things.

Yang symbolizes our masculine side:
White, light,sun, warm, hard, heaven, active, young, fire(creativity) and provides form to all things.
A cosmic connection, a magnetic pull I can’t explain. Have we met before ? Maybe in a parallel universe.
Yoga is about clearing away whatever is in us that prevents our living in the most full and whole way. With yoga, we become aware of how and where we are restricted — in body, mind, and heart — and how gradually to open and release these blockages. As these blockages are cleared, our energy is freed. We start to feel more harmonious, more at one with ourselves. Our lives begin to flow — or we begin to flow more in our lives.
