IM BACK! So after having the worst chest infection for two weeks I had to regroup and look after my mind and body by taking a well deserved rest. I ate what I wanted and didn’t workout because tbh I just couldn’t eat. But now I’m back and back to working out and eating well. What a way to start than with the guilt free Christmas with @resultswithlucy as I always manage to put loads on this time of year as my excuse is it’s just christmas🤦♀️ 6:30 workout for day 1 and a banana for my breakfast. If use to live for nights of stupid choices, breaking principles my family raised me by just to be doing bad and getting bad in return. Learn from my life! How much do you see me struggle now? How easy would I go do bad things because I had the cars and trust to do it? Was it a smart choice or a stupid one? Comment right now! Lol I can’t be ashamed of who I was in order for someone to actually learned from my mistakes. The number one person to listen to is your father & mother. They’ll say you can learn from others people mistakes.. bro i did not plan on living no more in the life of being broken. I didn’t want to be the example was what I told my Brian when I would go out and do something dumb. I had something going for myself since the day I was born, living in America you could become anything.. the next Kobe, David, Ronaldo you get the point!
I could become a better reader, become a better writer so that one day people won’t have a problem listening and reading what I really need to say. Follow the principles your parents gave you, they love you!
Last Saturday I surprised my boyfriend with an indoor rock climbing session and it was so much fun. We enjoyed it heaps! It showed us how we should keep doings things together for the first time. We get to know each other a little bit better and it just keeps the relationship interesting. 🙃 I think that rock climbing is one of those individuals sports that really shows the power of “MIND OVER MATTER” . I was able to reach the top of every route I attempted to take and once I got there, I felt such a deep sense of gratitude for my perseverance, “never give up” attitude and body. I did outdoor rock climbing many times during my teenage years and I remember how enthusiastic and fearless I used to be about it. This climbing session really was a great reminder of how “every mountain top is within reach if you just keep on climbing.” 🏞 .
