The Andromeda galaxy is the closest big galaxy to our Milky Way. It’s a spiral galaxy, like ours. At 2.537 million light-years away, it’s the most distant thing you can see with your eye alone. •

I tested out so many different settings on my random trip to Anza Borrego and I feel like I found the settings that will give the sharpest images possible for me. This will do until I figure out an even better way to shoot the Milky Way! Swipe the photo to see the core of the Milky Way and Jupiter!
