Playing with standing mermaid pose today. I recommend doing this on flat ground it will make it easier to balance on one foot (I was on a hill 😜) Before doing this open up your quads, shoulders and side body A LOT. Use props too! A wall, friend, spouse , kid or tree 😂 Remember it’s practice not perfection and ALWAYS HAVE FUN💕
