Darkshadow / 2016. My pre-training days: I use to think that being on a low carb diet and running everyday after work was healthy. But man I was wrong! I lost so much muscle as I didn’t have any fat to burn and I was basically skin and bones.
I was obsessed with keeping thin, and I felt depressed every time I found myself binging on carbs for a whole week. Even my friends knew what was happening, but they couldn’t comprehend it. I recognised that I had an eating problem, and it took 10 years to do something about it.
Today, I’m feeling fit and healthier. I can enjoy food and drinks the way that it should. The main thing is that I still have motivation and continue to challenge myself at the gym. Seeking a PT two years ago changed my whole outlook on health and I honestly didn’t see myself having this lifestyle! - it was all worth it. 🙌🏼💪🏼❤️ 📸 @kazbot , 2016.
