Healthy start to a Sunday... Sunday’s are always my planning days. I like to start strong with a healthy breakfast, a big blank sheet of paper in front of me and just let creativity do this things. Meal prep is always on my to-do list, as well as less instagrammable things like laundry to ensure the week starts week. The truth is, I say this is how I like to start my Sundays but please know it doesn’t happen very often either as life gets in the way. But creating that routine and trying to stick with it is incredibly helpful and a key to success I believe. So what are you doing with YOUR Sunday morning?
