What kind of fries are your fav!? Easy, 4 ingredient oil-free rosemary french fries that are super healthy and delicious. Did you know that russet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin B-6 and potassium? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 4 russet potatoes, washed + chopped into french fries⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 2 teaspoons dried #rosemary ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 1 teaspoon garlic powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 1 teaspoon (or less) #Himalayansalt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INSTRUCTIONS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Throw uncooked french fries into a large bowl.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. In a mortar and pestle combine rosemary, garlic powder, and salt and grind into a fine powder. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Sprinkle mixture over fries and stir thoroughly until evenly coated.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. Good For You GLUT 🤔 Who loves #avocado (yes the answer is ME 🙌🏻) & with that obvious fact firmly out of the way let’s move on to my topic of the day 😃. . So yes, the ever popular #avo 🥑 We LOVE it’s rich creaminess, we know it’s BURSTING with those fantastic unsaturated #healthyfats that soothe & #nourish our skin, our cell membranes, boost our nervous function & all those wonderful things BUT do you guys see PASSED that fantastic facade 🤩. . Well if not today I want to highlight 1 of the other INCREDIBLE things that #avocados come brimming with & that is the master antioxidant glutathione 💚. . Yes glutathione or glutathione peroxidase to give it its full adage, along with another (super oxide dismutase or SOD for short) are found in your liver & they truly are your big guns when it comes to detoxification & protection from all the potential pressures our bodies are placed under constantly 🚬🚗🍔. . Now our body can make glutathione from the amino acids glutamine, glycine & cysteine BUT with all the stuff they need to break down & get rid of (toxins, hormones, medications, pollutants) adding extra in via our diets is ALWAYS going to be a good thing 👌🏻 PLUS if you struggle perhaps with things like low energy, wobbly blood sugar, respiratory issues &/or weight management concerns then MORE glutathione will actively help to remedy these 🤸🏻‍♀️. .
