They brew their own beer, have aspersions to run their own brewery, and in their initial inquiry described their wedding as a Robin Hood style banquet in the forest. Needless to say we swiped right. Winston + Victoria.
While Megan & Brandon didn’t have a first look I didn’t let that stop me from getting creative. Here I composed individual portraits to tell a story of them coming together as one. They actually never saw each other in the making of this photo!

I bought a pink, poufy, feather lamp that I’m obsessed with. I brought it to the warehouse today so it could be added into inventory, and I had a great time predicting who would love it and who would *not* love it. I love knowing everyone’s individual styles enough to have perfectly guessed each reaction. Long story short - @camcaptures_ loved it 😉
I am absolutely so very excited to announce that I was exclusively invited to the Together Journals directory as an Australian wedding photographer. This is truly such a big honour. Thanks to all my beautiful couples for trusting in me for your special days, you have enriched my life immeasurably. My name is sitting amongst the very best Australia and NZ and USA has on offer, this is a feeling I can’t describe and another one of those indicators that I have found my ikigai! (Look up the word ikigai.....it’s exactly this!!)

I put a lot of stock in first impressions. Both in the ones I give off and the ones I receive.
Because of this, whenever I'm at a bridal expo, I can usually tell in moments whether I'm speaking to a couple who is a good fit for me and my style of wedding photography and nowhere was that more true than talking to Brittany and Alisa back in 2017, two full years before I would shoot their wedding.
Brittany and Alisa are the type of couple you dream of as a wedding photographer. Absolute sweethearts, the pair have an energy about them that just makes it so you can't help but smile when you're around them and I knew the instant they asked me to be their photographer that it would be an amazing wedding I wouldn't soon forget.
And it was. It really was.
Brittany and Alisa were married at Chamberlain Farm in Berkley, Massachusetts and to say it was one of the most fun weddings I've had this year is an understatement. These two brides had a picture perfect day from start to finish and their wedding is one I know they, and I, will remember for a very long time.
So, if my description of Brittany and Alisa's beautiful September wedding day sounds too good to be true and you want to see why these two brides are one of my all-time favorite couples, check out their wedding day for yourself on my latest blog by visiting https://tinyurl.com/PJS-BrittanyAndAlisa (link in bio.) As always, thanks for reading and be sure to let me know what you think below!
I discovered the easiest cleaning scrub recipe //
+ 7 drops of Lemon essential oil
+ 1/2 baking soda + 1/2 citric acid
Scoop a little bit out to clean your sinks, showers.. etc. 🌿🍋
the benefits of using Lemon oil in your cleaning products: removes grease & grime, sanitizes, boosts your immune system support. Lemon oil is one of the oils I always have on hand! I use it for everything💫🌿
