Posted @withrepost • @bethgfit Deadlifts the other day 💪 Don’t be scared to do heavy lifts! I used to be self conscious about deadlifting because I felt like I was making too much noise and everyone was looking at me. 😂 but in reality most people have music blasting in their ears so they can barely hear it. And even if they don’t, they should mind their own business anyways so just keep doing you. 🤣 Once I realized that and was more confident with my form thanks to @coladipietro.powerlifting @mannysnchz @a7_diegomarec for some help, I started deadlifting on my own and even though I’m still working on my form, it’s now one of my favorite lifts to do. Don’t avoid big lifts if you’re scared or self conscious like I was, just put some headphones in (preferably AirPods) ((😂 just kidding chords work too)) and kill it!! Also yes the videos are sped up a bit .
