Problem: You canโ€™t decide whether to go light or dark. Solution: Do both. ๐Ÿ’œ Problem: You canโ€™t find enough natural light for a good clear shot. Solution: Get as close to a natural light source as possible - window, door, outside under your balcony. Have your setting up at light level - so if by a window, set your scene on a table and bring it as close to the window as possible. ๐Ÿ’œ Problem: You still donโ€™t have enough light and your image is dark and blah. Solution: Get on manual mode. Wind your aperture down as far as possible (eg. f1.4), reduce your shutter speed enough so that you donโ€™t get a blurry photo (eg. 1/100), and/or increase your ISO. Til you get the right balance. ๐Ÿ’œ Problem: Your background is just not complimenting your food at all, in fact it makes your food look bad. Solution: Change your background. Ensure itโ€™s reasonably โ€œcoolโ€ as in cool tones and not too yellowy (which will make your food look blah). ๐Ÿ’œ Problem: You canโ€™t stop eating all the leftover cake from the shoot. Solution: Add ice cream. ๐Ÿ’œ Problem: You have lilacs and sugar (ok, quite a nice problem to have). Ayam Geprek Suwir Cerita dibalik ayam geprek suwir ini, pas geprek ayamnya terlalu semangat sampe ayamnya bener2 penyet dan jadi keliatan kayak disuwir-suwir ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜›. Lumayan loh, untuk pereda stress, silahkan dicoba buibu bikin ayam geprek yang digeprek extra hard ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ . Bahan (untuk 2 porsi) 2 buah paha ayam fillet 4 sdm tepung terigu 1 sdm tepung tapioka 1/2 sdm bawang putih bubuk 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur 1 buah telur Garam dan lada, secukupnya 5 buah cabai merah 4 buah rawit merah (bisa ditambah atau dikurangi sesuai tingkat pedas) 1 siung bawang putih Minyak, secukupnya . Cara pembuatan - lumuri ayam dengan garam dan lada. Sisihkan - di wadah lain, campurkan tepung terigu, tepung tapioka, kaldu jamur dan bawang putih bubuk. Aduk rata - kocok lepas telur, celupkan ayam ke adonan telur kemudian ke adonan tepung. Pastikan semua adonan ayam tertutup tepung - goreng ayam hingga kuning keemasan - untuk sambal, celupkan cabai merah dan rawit merah ke air panas, kira2 30 detik. Angkat, tiriskan. Ini untuk menghilangkan bau langu pada cabai - ulek cabai merah, rawit merah, bawang putih, dan berikan sedikit garam - ambil ayam taruh diatas cobek berisi sambal. Geprek ayam hingga hancur.
