"just 1 km" today: i was reading a bit about technique. So today i wanted to try out just focusing on keeping my feet under me, instead of in front of me.
I think we can say it helped a lot 😅 had to take a few breathers but it was great.
Started doing intervals on km 4 til i remembered the time and that we had a dinner reservation 🙈
