COMPARISON πŸ‘‡πŸ» How often do you leave this platform feeling low or **it about your life? It happens to us all both Rosie and Hailey ( πŸ˜‚ talking like their my mates) spoke about their own experience with social media pressures and their advice - over on YOUtube, so I wanted to write a post about how I deal with it. There are times I find myself lost on the explorer page clicking from beautiful tanned bodies to people living on these exotic islands and Im like where did it all go wrong for meπŸ˜‚???Comparing yourself and your day to day to someone youve never meet, going off line feeling crap about your body image or just feeling like youre getting nowhere in life. I have to check myself sometimes after being online. By remebering; 1️⃣Its a bloody photo - like a magazine filtered to bits. Do I get low after seeing a magazine - NO. 2️⃣Good for someone else if they get to travel the world if anything that should be inspiring to do the same - its not their fault they may have taken risks or decided to leave the comfort zone! Take it as some inspiration to do the same. 3️⃣Social Media was made for people to be social not to feel bad. Remember when youre onlineπŸ™πŸΌ why you started πŸ‘‰πŸ»to keep in touch with friends, get travel / fashion inspiration, recipe ideas or dog videos πŸ˜‚ not to feel crap! Ive always wanted my page to be somewhere were people can come and leave feeling like πŸ‘†πŸ»They got some info like a recipe or a workout or ✌🏻 feeling motivated( or maybe just want to see willayyyy) Lastly if your head is still wrecked and your feeling low- get out in nature and leave your phone at home πŸ˜›πŸ’š So Cool! # Follow us:- @flatwhiteirish for more pic # via rozannapurcell
