🍁Dash of almond milk
🌻1.5 tbsp buckwheat flour 🌺1 scoop @tropeaka vanilla protein ☘️1 egg white 
Finely grate the zucchini then whisk in the other ingredients, cook in waffle iron or as pancakes on a flat pan. -

Loaded sweet potato 💖

Bare with me, it’s kinda hard to make loaded potatoes look ~sexy~ but this was so good and FLAVORFUL! Not sure why but this meal made me feel very adult? Proud of myself 🤠

Method: I poked holes in the potato, rubbed some olive oil, sprinkled some salt on it & put it in the oven at 375F for 50 minutes. While that was baking, I rubbed some olive oil & seasoned some broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower & kale, the oil helps evenly coat the veggies. Then, I popped them in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Finally, sliced the potato down the middle & stuffed it with the veggies! Some guac on top & @tessemaes habanero ranch for even more flavor 🤤

I don’t make pretty food, I make messy and juicy #foodporn! 
Have you ever baked with parchment paper? Oh you have to try it. I just slammed a pound of salmon on a pan size tear of parchment paper for baking with the asparagus and brussel sprouts and seasoned everything with Himalaya salt, black pepper, turmeric, ginger, fresh lemon juice from the tree and olive oil; wrapped it all up into a bundle leaving some air space and baked at 350 for 30 min. #Tastefuckingasm!

Ps: the garden salad with tomatoes is sprinkled with fresh chopped cilantro, sea salt, pepper, 1 spoon of olive oil, 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar. 
The Jazmin rice is sautéed with oil and fresh garlic, seasoned with turmeric, zafran and a pinch of salt and then steam cook with 2 cups of water per one cup of rice.

بقطع كل الخضار شرائح و احط عليهم اللحمه والبهارات واحط كله الطاجن واغطيه بالميه واغطيه الطاجن بالفويل وادخله الفرن على اوطى درجة حراره متوفره ل ٤ ساعات وممكن يحتاج اكتر  لغاية ما تبقى اللحمه بتتفتت والعظم بيطلع منها بسهوله زي الشيف بوراك كده 😂
في الاخر طعمها بيبقى رااااائع وبتدوب في البؤ عموما اي اكل بيطبخ على نار هاديه خصوصا اللحمه طعمها بيختلف ١٨٠درجه

I’m also grateful to have these ingredients in my cupboards / fridge / freezer! For me these are some of the staples which I prioritise in my spending per month.

The ingredients super short. Personally, there’s no need to add any extra sweetness with honey or sweetener as the kiwi and protein powder (monkfruit sweetener) is enough!

Other side notes:
Eating the 🥝 skin on is no joke it has a purpose- it’s contains more nutrients and is an extra fibre bonus! Organic preferably as a result!

Serves 1: 402 calories
Want more calories - add more kiwi, extra scoop protein, nuts on top, mct oil or coconut oil or whole avocado!

Ingredients:
• 1 kiwi
• 1 cup frozen spinach
• 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (I went vanilla vegan)
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 cup coconut milk (2tbsp mixed with filtered water)

Served with
1 extra kiwi
Sprinkle of unsweetened desiccated coconut
Sprinkle of Celtic sea salt

Method:
1. Add all ingredients to blender
2. Blend - make sure lid is on
3. Blend for 2-3 mins
4. Remove to a bowl
5. Add the toppings or anything else you like.
6. Be present, grateful and enjoy!!!

This was taking just a few weeks before the baby was born. I didnt gain too much weight because I worked hard to manage it. I think one of the easiest ways to lose postpartum weight is to manage weight during pregnancy. That's not to say diet, just dont over eat amd keep it clean. It’s been a min since I’ve made a meal prep post.. so here’s some chicken, rice and brusell sprouts for y’all! 😆I don’t weigh or measure my individual meals beforehand anymore, because I realized that sometimes I was hungrier than what I prepped. And sometimes, I wasn’t as hungry, so I’d waste a ton of food! So now, I prep all of my foods and separate them in their individual Tupperwares. When meal time comes, I weigh out the protein and take what I feel like for my carb and veggie ☺️ This has been working wayyyyy better for me! 🙌🏼 But yes, I’m still boring with my foods for the most part. But I’m working on adding more variety. That’s my next step 😉 .

Second: I’m about to drop a truth 💣 that may come as a surprise. I am not a veggie loving person. In fact, sometimes I want to gag when I think about eating SEVERAL veggies. 🤢 These peppers 🌶 being one of them. But I buy them and about 10 other kinds of veggies 🥬🥒🍅🥦🥕on a weekly basis and I eat them. Because #adulting and making choices for our long term benefit isn’t always fun. 👎🏻 Or even one bit enjoyable. . .

What keeps me doing this thing I know is good for me but I don’t love? I remind myself of my WHY. Autoimmune flare-ups knocking at the door, not wanting to deal with daily brain fog and exhaustion, keeping diabetes at bay (which showed up as a marker on my DNA test, no surprise since I lived off of sugar until adulthood and my fasting glucose numbers are never great), I want to be able to remain mobile and fun-loving as long as I can. 🤸🏻‍♀️💃🏻

Let the fun fact Fridays commence! For the first week, I thought I’d touch on a topic that would draw a little attention...we all love our wine right? I mean...just look at my profile picture-it’s literally me in a vineyard holding a glass of wine 😬
🍷Do you feel hung over after a few glasses of wine, feeling like you really didn’t have that much to warrant that headache, nausea, dizziness, feeling like death?
🍷This doesn’t necessarily label you as a lightweight...it could just be a sign that your liver needs some love!
🍷Alcohol is primarily detoxified by Phase 1 detox pathway in the liver-this phase changes the molecular structure of toxins by processes called oxidation, reduction, or hydrolysis. 🍷Alcohol induces this phase to take place, “speeding up” the process. This poses a problem when phase 2 of the detoxification process can’t keep up. 🍷Drinking alcohol in phase 1 can deplete nutrients such as zinc in phase 2
🍷Zinc deficient people have a hard time detoxifying alcohol due to the fact that alcohol dehydrogenase is a zinc-dependent enzyme
🍷The molecule that causes the effect of hangovers is called Acetaldehyde-this needs to be detoxified by oxidation, which is also where another nutrient, molybdenum, comes into action 🍷All that to say, hangovers do not need to be a part of your wine-drinking life 🙌🏼 if your liver is unsupported, depleted of essential nutrients, and unable to open its detoxification pathways, HELLO HANGOVER after 1 measly glass of wine 🙄
🍷What can you do to help improve liver health and clear those detox pathways? 🥂Increase nutrients that support PHASE 2 of liver detox (the one that has a problem keeping up with the accelerated phase 1 induced by alcohol) including glutathione and cysteine
🥂Dandelion root tea, lemon in hot water
🥂Eat foods rich in molybdenum and zinc including legumes, beans, peas, meat, and eggs
🥂Consider upping your fats! Walnuts, sesame, hazelnuts are a great source of mixed fatty acids
🥂Also-BEETS. Livers love beets!
🥂Avoid trigger foods, processed foods, and especially hydrogenated oils! (Canola, vegetable, soybean, etc)

للناس اللي عندها نقطه ضعف تجاه الموالح و النقاريش اللي بتتغمس مع dips زيي راح اقدم كذا وصفه بديله و سهله التطبيق. 
و كمان هو بديل للي بيحبو الشييس و الأشياء المقرمشه برضه زيي :) وزي أولادنا اللي الشيبس أصبح أحد اطعمتهم المطلوبه بألحاح دوما. 
البديل اللي راح أقدمه غني بالبروتينات النباتيه الموجوده في الحمص و غني جدا بالألياف الموجوده في الحمص و الشوفان.الرقائق #خالية_من_الجلوتين و خاليه من القمح . جدا سهله و مكوناتها موجوده في كل بيت. 
ملاحظه: كل ما بردت الرقائق كل ما اختفى طعم الحمص فيها.

ملاحظه: حين مضاعفه الكميه لا نضاعف الزيت بالكامل بل نصب قليلا قليلا حتى يتماسك الخليط.

الوصفه: -في خلاط كهربائي او محضره طعام يطحن الشوفان مع الملح و يمكن أضافه ربع ملعقه بابريكا. -يوضع الشوفان جانبا و في نفس المحضره نخلط الحمص و الملح و الثوم و الليمون. -نعيد الشوفان الى الخلاط و نخلط الجميع جيدا.
-نصب الزيت بالتدريج حتى نحصل على قوام متماسك (يمكن ان لا تستخدمي الربع كوب كاملا). -نفرد العجين بين ورقتي خبز و نرق. -نقطع العجين على شكل مربعات و نخرم بالشوكه. -ننقله الى صينيه الخبز. -يخبز من ٢٥ الى ٣٠ دقيقه حسب نوع الفرن الى أن يصبح لونه ذهبي. -يترك ليبرد تماما و يؤكل كوجبه خفيفه مع غموس اللبنه أو الحمص.

Hoy les dejo una recetita super rápida que pueden preparar para el desayuno de mañana, se trata de un 🍐🍐MUGCAKE FIT DE CACAO Y PERA🍐🍐 el cual se hace en un abrir y cerrar de ojos 🤩 así que espero que se animen a probarlo porque sé que les va a encantar 🤗.

INGREDIENTES:
🍐2 cdas. de harina integral
🍐1 huevo
🍐1 cdita. de cacao amargo (usé Cacao Red de @healthymajo)
🍐1/2 pera
🍐1 cdita. de polvo para hornear
🍐Endulzante al gusto (yo usé 2 sobrecitos de Stevia @_hileret )

PASO A PASO:
×En una taza apta para microondas mezclamos el huevo junto con el endulzante y la pera.
×Luego incorporamos la harina, el polvo y por último el cacao, mezclamos bien todo hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
×Metemos la taza en el microondas durante 2 minutos aproximadamente y ¡Wualá! ¿Vieron? Es una papa literalmente jaja 😋 Además pueden ponerle lo que quieran, yo usé mermelada de frutilla de @elbrocal y acompañé con el resto de la pera 🍐😌 ¡Qué lo disfruten! ¡Descansen!

•150 ml acqua •30 ml albume @lenaturelleofficial •3g idrolitina

Cottura in padellino antiaderente per 35 minuti circa. NON RIGIRARLO. Estrarlo e passarlo in microonde per 2 minuti. Lasciar raffreddare e farcire con confettura extra di albicocche e Cremina al cacao (cacao @perugina + olio di cocco @rapunzel_naturkost )

Topping con crema al cacao (cacao+acqua) e noci pecan @lidlitalia 🎈
