Myth busting Monday. One of my favorite myths to crush: fruit has too much sugar. For years I've heard people tell me they gravitate to fruits with lower sugar content and avoid other fruits they love due to sugar levels. I’ve posted about this before and will continue to until one day this myth is squashed for good. 
The truth: First off- most people do not eat the recommended amount of fruit per day. Second- sugars found in fruit are accompanied by fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are shown to promote health and prevent disease. Not to mention, they are a source of energy we need, they taste amazing in their whole and natural state, they are often easy to eat and transport, and are so versatile within meals and snacks. From and mind and soul perspective, fruits often also keep us connected to the flavors of our cultures or old family traditions. The benefits of fruit greatly outweigh the arguments to not eat them. If you want to cut back on sugar, limit added sugars found in lots of food products and beverages rather than these nutrient dense foods.

Nối tiếp chuyện ăn gì để ngăn ngừa & điều trị táo bón. 
Sau khi chia sẻ các thực phẩm chính để giúp mí bạn đi siêu thị dễ dàng hơn, thì giờ cũng cần biết cách nấu các món đơn giản mà chỉ cần mấy vài phút hoặc 30 phút để chế biến, ko hề tốn thời gian, công sức quá mà vẫn có đồ ăn chất lượng ha.
• Với rong biển: 
Canh miso là lựa chọn hàng đầu của mình, cách nấu mình có viết bài cụ thể riêng, có gì sẽ chia sẻ sau ha. 
Ngoài ra, đơn giản hơn là ăn cơm cuộn, hoặc các món snack rong biển. Buồn miệng cứ mang ra măm măm nhé! Ghiền lun í!
• Chanh
Với chanh quá sức đơn giản, pha nước chanh không thêm đường hoá học thôi nè, xíu mật ong nếu muốn dễ uống và tốt hơn. Một công thức hỗn hợp hơn là pha chanh + hạt chia + mật ong + dưa leo. Vừa thanh lọc cơ thể, vừa nhuận tràng lại khiến da xinh.
• Khoai lang
Hấp, luộc, nướng đều ngon cả, hạn chế chiên nếu bạn k có nồi chiên ko dầu nhé. Sẽ hơi dư thừa dầu í. Mình thích nhất là khoai hấp, khi hấp khoai sẽ vẫn còn ngọt bùi rất thơm.
• Đậu lăng
Cái này hơi lạ lẫm với vài bạn, tuy nhiên nó lại dễ ăn không tưởng, cảm giác như đậu xanh í. Mình hay luộc nó lên để làm salad có dưa leo, cần tây... ăn kèm với lát cá hồi phi lê áp chảo đơn giản là chuẩn bữa tối #eatclean
• Chuối
Xem chuối như món tráng miệng cũng được, có điều chuối nhiều calo, nên hãy tận dụng điều này để biến nó thành món chính nha! Bữa sáng đơn giản là 1 hỗn hợp từ chuối + yến mạch + nước cốt dừa + xoài (hoặc cải bó xôi) + hạt chia ... Muốn mix thêm gì vô cũng được, tuỳ sở thích, mình còn cho cả bột hạt sen nữa. Xay cái roẹt là ra 1 tô #smoothiebowl siêu dinh dưỡng mà no bụng. 
Nhiêu đó đã nhé, có 2 món mình khá là tâm đắc, nên sẽ để ở post sau ha.

Let me introduce you to this new version of me. .

I am bouncing back faster from my "hard times". I'm feeling more like myself than I ever have
And the most important part, I'm open to receive. Open to receive love, open to receive guidance, open to receive help! I'm still stubborn hard headed Nicole at times but I'm surrendering to this new version of myself. .

The version that embraces her feminine side. 
The version who trusts her body is always working for her. 
The version who loves her body (I went within 6 months of feeling ashamed of my breasts to LOVING them, I went from hating anxiety to LOVING it because it's my guide to happiness now, I went from hating all my scars and imperfections to LOVING them because they make me ME!) The version who is now a magnet to others who want to love and embrace themselves but can't because they're stuck in their health. .

How did this happen? I DID THE WORK. .

There is SOOOO much shifting and evolving inside of me lately and it's because I've recognized that my 'results driven mindset' was making me stuck. Results started showing up for me when I did the inner work and when I surrendered + trusted the process! I seek out joy and happiness. .

I cannot expect to guide you on your journey if I'm stuck in my own. And girl, it feels so good to make some forward strides So today I'm recording a podcast for you with all the details of what went on these last few months. I can not wait to bring you on with me too! (Just by default you'll speed up your success!!) .

Is there really a trick for grilling fish? Yes! And it’s easier than you think. Lemon slice planks. Lay the fish, salmon in this case, over a bed of lemon slices and voila. The citrus not only allows the fish to cook perfectly, it infuses it with the most wonderful fresh flavor. •  4 tbsp. butter
•  2 cloves garlic, minced
•  1 tsp. lemon zest
•  1 tsp. kosher salt
•  Pinch red pepper flakes
•  4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets
•  6 lemons, sliced
•  Freshly chopped parsley, for serving

1. In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave butter until very softened, almost melted. Stir in garlic, lemon zest, salt, and red pepper flakes. Spoon mixture all over salmon fillets. 
2. Preheat grill to medium-high. Arrange lemons on grill and place salmon fillets on top. Cover grill and cook until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes. (Exact cooking time will vary based on the thickness of your fillets.)
3. Serve with grilled lemon slices and garnish with parsley, if using.

1 tbsp flax meal 
1/2 cup almond milk
Optional 1 scoop protein
