It will inspire you! “I always say... “do it afraid”. I have decided, that is not the same as “do it humiliated”, but here I am. 😑
So...the secret is out! I am not perfect. 🤣 If you didn’t already know that, I have work to do. The before picture is frankly horrifying. And I won’t even tell you what my girls said. (think uncensored, brutal... perhaps HARSH...honesty). However, if I inspire ONE person to start this journey and change their life, it is worth it. I always say, the mirror is the best place to start... and look, it is. 😂
A couple of things I should discuss here:
1️⃣ Here is some REAL TALK. I love to travel, but a lot of travel is not good for my waistline, because I REFUSE to restrict myself on vacation. I am not packing shakes for Maui, just not doing it. Judge me... life is too short. 🤷🏼♀️ 2️⃣ Both of my girls said... “Mom! That doesn’t even look like you.” Would I ever wear clothes that are tight and showing all the imperfections? HELLO... NO! If you are a size 4 and you put on a size 2, there will be stuff bubbling over. I mean, I guess? I wouldn’t know about being a size 4.🤣😂😜🙄 I put on tight clothes, so I could see the changes. Smart, huh? Yep... and super humbling. 🤪
3️⃣ I never miss my bedtime supplements (not optional, ever) but, I got a little lazy with my Slim in September and October, as in I didn’t drink it every day. That is DUMB because it does so much for my cravings and regulating my body. You mean, it only works if you are consistent? I know... I know... DUH. 🙄
4️⃣ I have never been a meal replacement person. Shakes? I have never gotten excited about drinking my calories. LET IT BE KNOWN >>>> I was so wrong to be skeptical about Lean. There is NO grit and I mix it in a shaker bottle, not even in a blender! I love the milk chocolate and vanilla equally. I stay FULL, and I literally look forward to my shake daily. I have no desire to give up this new habit, because it is easy and... HELLO!

After eating this pretty much every day for the past week, I think it’s only fair I share the recipe with you🌱
•Veggies (I make different variations depending on what I have in the fridge but I normally like using- broccoli, red pepper, cabbage, carrots)
•Soy sauce, ground garlic and ginger
•Fry the veggies, edamame and tofu with soy sauce+spices
•Soak the noodles in boiling water for ~5min.
•Add the noodles to the frying pan, and adjust seasoning to taste.
Eaaasy peasy, and delicious!
Ps. If you add peanut butter, you’ll take it to the next level.

We were listening to John Tesh on our way home the other night and he was sharing statistics about our brains and how our mind is such a strong force and a very powerful part of the body. Ironically this is something I'm constantly helping and coaching others to do. BELIEVE what you want to achieve. In order to growth, flourish and thrive we must push ourselves mentally to step outside our comfort zone. We must get uncomfortable to get comfortable, stay coachable and teachable. And is so important and more importantly believe in what we are working for hole heartedly. Anything that the mind can conceive it can be achieved. Success lies in positive thinking and believing that there is nothing that can’t be done! If you think you can you will and if you think you can’t you won’t. What’s your mindset?
