It’s so easy to get caught in the day-to-day and find the happiness in life. The fact that Michelle is getting married is forcing me to step back from what honestly has been a stressful week and take inventory of all the GOOD. My big sister is one of them. Ps - this heavenly and totally easy salad was a bed of butter lettuce tossed with red wine vinegar and olive oil, baby tomatoes, homemade beet hummus with @lovebeets, roasted chickpeas from @bienasnacks, some avocado, and an @vitalfarms soft-boiled egg❤️

Is it just me or is it when the days feel shorter and you wake up in the mornings cold and finish your work day cold that you truly struggle going to the gym. I wish I could lie in my warm bed all day! Yesterday I was so busy to think about being jetlag but today was another story. One more day and I get to sleep in! I was scared about feeling sore form yesterday's workout but after 24 hours I finally felt some soreness in my legs but it was that good sore! Also felt great to get on top of my water again as I felt dehydrated in UK without my water bottles. Here's to staying on track through the hibernation months!
